Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward (Colossians 3:23-24).
OK, here we are at Monday morning. How are you feeling? Before you answer that, let’s shift gears for just a minute.
When it comes to living out your faith in practice, have you noticed it’s hard to maintain your spiritual edge on Monday? Where is the God who was so clearly with you on Sunday?
On Sunday it seems easy to be with God, but Monday is a whole different story. The rules change. It’s a new world—we hustle and work to put out fires.
Interestingly, God also works on Mondays. The Bible says God is a worker—that you are His workmanship. Your work matters to God.
